These SMS Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the SMS appointment reminder program offered by Multilingual Psychotherapy Centers ("MPCI," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
Our SMS program sends appointment reminders and confirmations to patients. You may reply to confirm attendance, cancel, or request to reschedule your appointment. This is a transactional program; we do not send marketing or promotional content, and messages do not include clinical or treatment details.
Opt-In
You enroll by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive appointment reminder messages during patient registration, via a web form or paper form. By enrolling, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to enroll the phone number provided.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your scheduled appointments. You may receive reminders, confirmations, and rescheduling messages related to your appointments.
Message and data rates may apply.
You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. To rejoin, you may enroll again through patient registration.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's coverage and availability.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
