For children, families, and individuals with limited income. We accept multiple Medicaid plans in Florida.
Medicare
For individuals 65+ or those with qualifying disabilities. Medicare Part B outpatient mental health services.
Florida Healthy Kids
Affordable coverage for children who don't qualify for Medicaid — ages 5 through 18.

Self-pay & sliding scale
If you don't have insurance or your plan is out-of-network, we offer a sliding-scale fee based on income. Nobody is turned away for financial reasons without a conversation first.

Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor?▾
No. You can call us directly to schedule a screening. For Medicaid HMO plans, we will verify whether a prior authorization is required and help you through that process.
What does self-pay cost?▾
We offer a sliding-scale fee for qualifying patients who do not have insurance. Call admissions at (561) 712-8821 Option #3 for current rates.

Call us. We frequently update our network and may be able to accept your plan or help you find a solution.

Co-pays depend on your specific plan. Our billing team will verify benefits and walk you through any out-of-pocket costs before your first visit.
